There are two paths to participation. Experienced professionals are directed to the Expert Network, while interns and new graduates are directed to the short application form. On both paths, we look for technical curiosity, accountability, and a habit of documentation.
- In our evaluation, alongside technical proficiency, we consider way of thinking, communication, accountability, and willingness to learn together.
- Applications are evaluated according to current needs; submitting an application does not create a guarantee of employment or a project.
Choose the application path that suits you
There are two separate paths depending on your level of experience and the way of working you are looking for. Choosing the right channel ensures your evaluation is handled by the right team.
Expert Network: project-based participation
Professionals with field experience in their area who want to work on a project basis can share their expertise profile through the Expert Network.
Who it is for: This is for professionals with field experience, reporting discipline, and suitability for controlled testing. It is not a junior or training channel.
Intern, new graduate, and general application
The short form lets us get to know your area of interest, your learning direction, and any work you would like to share. A resume is not required.
Who it is for: This is for newcomers and candidates with a strong willingness to learn who are open to the discipline of controlled testing.

Technical depth
Examining a problem systematically, questioning assumptions, and backing the conclusion reached with verifiable information matters.
Impact articulation
We expect the ability to convey a technical topic, along with its context, impact, and the steps to follow, in a way that different stakeholders can understand.
Documentation proficiency
Recording the work with enough clarity for someone else to follow, and stating uncertainties in a visible way, is part of our working standard.
Controlled testing
Written authorization, a clear scope, rules of engagement (RoE), a stop gate, and side-effect controls are fundamental; there is no room for out-of-scope action, even when framed as "for research purposes."
Confidentiality and accountability
Information belonging to the client and the pool is protected by contract; any conflict of interest is declared in writing before every project.
Learning and sharing
A working culture that systematizes knowledge, frees it from dependence on any one person, and contributes to a reproducible shared backbone.
