Dual-Layer Delivery

Reporting delivered together as two distinct layers: a decision-support summary for management (risk picture, priority rationale, closure visibility) and an owned, ordered, fix-first work list for the technical team. The classic failure of security reports is being written for a single counterpart: a purely technical report becomes a document management does not read, while a purely executive summary becomes one the team cannot act on. Dual-layer delivery closes this rupture; the two layers must be visible at the same time and rest on the same validated findings, because one answers 'why it matters' and the other 'exactly what to do'. The absence of either layer makes the report either unreadable or unactionable; the value lies in translating the same reality into two languages at once.
